We offer 17,000 square feet of flexible meeting space that in its most basic form can be arranged into a grand ballroom of 11,000 square feet, plus two smaller meeting or banquet rooms. Complementing the larger meeting space, a hospitality/board room is designed to perfectly accommodate a private executive board meeting of 12 persons. Each of the meeting rooms have accessible phone lines so you remain in touch with clients and the home office... or you can easily access your Internet service by simply "plugging in" with your laptop computer.
Our meeting space is equipped with HIGH SPEED INTERNET and state-of-the-art sound systems programmed through a master control room. Our audio-visual services include (3) LCD projectors suspended from 16' ceilings. Each can be used in conjunction with a laptop computer, camcorder or VHS video recorder onto any or all of the three 15' screens. Spotlights are also on site to utilize when introducing key executives or dignitaries that may be in attendance.
